Mission Statement
At Hometown Helping Hands, our mission is simple: to bring joy and smiles to local children in need during the holidays. It is our belief that every child deserves to experience the special wonderment of finding presents under the tree on Christmas morning. Hometown Helping Hands works directly with parents in need to determine the needs and wish lists of family’s children. Then, we assign a dedicated shopper to purchase gifts for each child, according to their wish lists. These gifts include toys, clothing, outwear, and personal items. We also prepare a holiday meal for each family we are able to help, and the gifts and meals are ready for families to enjoy on Christmas Day.
Our Vision
The vision of Hometown Helping Hands Inc. is to expand our impact throughout our local community and provide those in need with gifts, food, stockings, smiles, and cheer during the holidays. We seek to expand our efforts to include more community members who will join us in providing happiness and hope to families in need. For years to come, we will be dedicated to fulfilling as many holiday wishes as we can by lessening the financial burden families face during this season.
